I use approaches that are evidence-based and I maintain a therapeutic space that is safe, supportive, and productive.

Therapy can be hard work! I meet my clients where they are at and I am there to support my clients as they jump in to their journey for growth and healing. In sessions we will work hard together, we will find solutions and healing, we will share some laughs and build new perspectives.
